Romantic medieval moated manor house on Herefordshire / Worcestershire borders.

14th-century great hall with an immense, locally-timbered roof. Lovely crooked gatehouse and ruined Norman chapel. Miles of park and woodland to explore, with a rich variety of wildlife, from dormice to buzzards. See the wooden sculptures on woodland walks.

The Walking for Health scheme is intended for those who are unfit or have been recommended to take more exercise to improve their health. Routes will vary around the Brockhampton estate and will take approximately one hour at a pace to suit all levels of fitness.

Sturdy footwear and outdoor clothing is essential.

Family Den Building Day

  • 22 April 2014 1-4pm

Put your den building skills to the test with den building and survival skills in the woods.

Bring a picnic and eat it in your new shelter and reward yourself with roasted marshmallows on the fire. Old clothes and waterproofs recommended.
