Artist Posters

  • 8 May — 7 June 2016

Many of the world's leading artists have enjoyed making posters for their exhibitions. These often took the form of original lithographs, printed by some of the great Parisian ateliers. The poster, by nature, is ephemeral and mint copies are rare so Brook Gallery are delighted to exhibit a selection of these striking prints.

Beautiful paintings become the theme of this show. Given a subject as diverse and often challenging as our region’s landscapes and ‘lifescapes’, these Fine Artists have produced the most astonishing selection of styles, colours, moods and hues to excite and inspire you.
