The concert is the result of an exciting new education outreach initiative by St Albans Choral Society to give performing opportunities to primary school children in St Albans and London Colney.

The choir has commissioned a new work, The Story of St Alban, from composer Liz Lane and librettist Andy Rashleigh, specifically written for a special chorus of children from Bowmansgreen, Fleetville and St Bernadette's schools, St Albans Choral Society, professional baritone Michael Bundy, actor Andy Rashleigh and an accompanying ensemble to perform in the fabulous acoustic of The Weston Auditorium.

This promises to be a fantastic project for children, adults, performers and audience alike – please join us as we introduce the choral singers of tomorrow.
