Castle Coole is one of the finest neo-classical houses in Ireland and is surrounded by a stunning landscape park on the edge of Enniskillen. Built to impress by the first Earl of Belmore 1789- 97, it still has the ability to leave people in awe.
Contrasting to the splendour of the house, Castle Coole also has one of the finest basements in the National Trust. Recently restores, this is an intriguing example of a way of life which is now long in the past, don’t miss a chance to explore this fascinating hidden world.
