The highest point in the Tamar Valley, an area of outstanding natural beaty, and at just over 1000 feet at the summit by the iconic old mining stack, and with 400 acres of Open Access land to explore, there is lots of archaeology to discover, tremendous views to admire, and numerous events to take part in. Managed as lowland heath with grazing animals and the traditional winter swaling there are also practical volunteer opportunities. Withover four miles of footpath, a two mile waymarked trail and a three mile permissive horse trail there is plenty to explore.
