Dowlais Library is one of the branch library buildings of Merthyr Libraries, which is the public library service of Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council. We loan books and non book items; we subscribe to online and other resources so that our members can access them freely; we provide PCs and related resources so that those who need them can use them; we put on events to promote reading, literacy, finding out, and generally showing in as many ways as possible what can be found in libraries!

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 9:30am to 6:00pm.
Saturday 9:30am to 2:00pm.
Closed Tuesday and Sunday.
