Rugged paths, BBQ’s at Bossington car park, invigorating views, unique wildlife, orienteering and cream teas are just a few of the delights available at the Holnicote Estate. Please bring suitable outdoor clothing and sturdy footear. Long trousers are advised. A torch is also advisable as the walk will finish after dark.
Some level of fitness required as not all on designated paths. The Holnicote Estate is a countryside site with uneven ground and potentially slippery surfaces and steady inclines throughout the walk.

Wild Wednesdays at Holnicote Estate

Banish boredom during the school holidays and have lots of outdoors fun with exciting events for families with children aged 1 to 12. Each Wild Wednesday will have a different theme so never a dull moment.

Prepare to get muddy - wear sturdy clothes and footwear suitable to the weather conditions. Wellington boots are advised for wet weather.
Holnicote is a countryside site
there are areas with steps, slippery surfaces and uneven ground around the site.
The events are for families with children aged between 1 and 12.These activities encourage parent and child involvement.

Family Bat Walk in Horner Woods
