Fallow Deer at Petworth Park

Specialist Tour: The Aislabie's Deer Park

Walk along stately lime tree avenues, see where Studley Hall once stood, and discover lime kilns and ice houses on your way to St Mary's Church. Meet at the Visitor Centre.

Come and make a 'splash' down by our 800 year old mill as Simon shows you how a water wheel works and gets you to make your own!

Killerton Woods

Aislabie Walk

  • 18 October 2014 9am-5pm

Join Paul Mosley, Hackfall Officer, for a 12 mile circular walk along part of 'The Aislabie Walk', which links the designed landscapes at Studley Royal and Hackfall.

Starting from and ending at Studley in the south, the walk will go just beyond Galphay in the north taking in some fascinating heritage sites in between.

Please bring a packed lunch or money for a pub lunch.

Meet at the lakeside car park (Deer Park) at Studley Royal (parking is approx. £3.00 for the day or free to NT members).

Deer Rut Walk
