Kew Library is a public lending library offering standard text and large print books, language courses, audiobooks, CDs and DVDs. The library offers free Wi-Fi and wired internet access and use of its People’s Network computers with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). A range of online encyclopaedias and dictionaries plus newspapers, business and family history databases are also available.
Kew Library also holds regular children’s events such as Tiny Teddies and Storytimes as well as cultural events and reading groups for adults.

The Hanoverian Royal Family enjoyed life at Kew and were closely associated with St Anne’s Church where the artists Gainsborough and Zoffany are buried.

Walk around Kew Green and the riverside with Jane Short and hear their fascinating history. Meet at St Anne’s Church, Kew Green 14:00.
