Historic Minster Church. Stunning building reflecting 900 years of the people and history of the town and wider area. Home to centuries of prayer and today’s thriving community of faith, the Minster is often host to exhibitions, educational events and concerts, in addition to the church’s annual cycle of worship. Open from 10am to 4pm in the summer (BST) and 10am to 2pm in the winter (GMT) the Minster offers a warm welcome to visitors from near and far.
