Kelmarsh is a 3,363 acre (1361ha) agricultural estate at the heart of which (physically and symbolically) stands the eighteenth century Kelmarsh Hall, surrounded by its pleasure gardens and parkland. Today the estate, hall and gardens are owned and managed by The Kelmarsh Trust whose principle aim is to preserve the Hall for the benefit of the nation together with its contents and surroundings, making them available for study and appreciation by the general public.

Opening hours


The hall is open from 2pm to 5pm for guided tours on:
- Tuesdays, the first Sunday of every month and Bank Holiday Mondays

Please note:- Hall tours must be booked on arrival at the Visitor Centre - tours run regularly from 2pm to 4.30pm and last approximately one hour. Spaces on the earlier tours tend to fill up first, so you may be booked onto a later tour.

A Croome exhibition tour will be available at 3:30pm on Tuesdays, the first Sunday of every month and Bank Holiday Mondays. These are only available if booked in advance so please telephone 01604 686 543 if you would like to book onto a Croome exhibition tour.

House tour with garden admission:
Adult £8, Concession £7.50, Child (5-14 years) £4.50

Gardens only
Adult £6, Concessions £5.50, Child (5-14 years) £3.50, Family ticket (2 adults and up to 3 children) £15,

Additional info

The car park is located down the drive and is clearly signposted. On busy days an overflow car park will be opened. From the car park please follow signs on foot from the car park to the South Pavilion. Parking for orange badge holders is available on the drive in front of the Hall.

Dogs are only allowed in the garden and must be kept on a short lead.

Photography of any kind is not permitted in the House.
