The Bevin Boys Association was formed in 1989 with a small membership of 32 in the Midlands area by 2009 the membership had grown to over 1,800 from all over the United Kingdom and overseas.

As of November 2012 the Association has decided to disband due to the age of the membership, which has made the Association no longer viable.

Bevin Boys Association

The Bevin Boys Association has become the home for the preservation of Bevin Boys records, documents and photographs. Duplicate sets are held by Warwick Taylor, the Bevin Boys archivist. The Association also organises temporary exhibtions and school talks about the role of Bevin Boys and the home front.
