The Second World War Experience Centre collects, documents, preserves, exhibits and encourages access to the surviving material evidence and associated information of the men and women who participated in the war in whatever capacity, whether military, civilian or conscientious objector.

Opening hours

The Centre is open Monday - Weds between 09.30 and 16.30 and Thursday 09.00 to 13.00(excluding Bank Holidays).
Visits to the Archive by Appointment - please phone or email us prior to visiting. We will assist wherever we can when visits are only possible outside these hours.
