Inside discover a family home lived in by four generations of the Gibbs family, all making their mark and never throwing anything away. Spend time exploring the brand new visitor centre, Home Farm. The original Grade II* Victorian model farm buildings have been converted into a restaurant and café full of tasty seasonal food and a shop selling local gifts and crafts. From April enjoy the farm themed play area, second-hand book shop, garden shop and Focus on the Wild, the interactive wildlife discovery hub. Open seven days a week it’s free to enjoy all year round.

Come along and stroll around Home Farm, enjoy the atmosphere and pick up some seasonal treats. From freshly baked bread and fine cheeses to hand made jewellery and ceramics you're sure to find something to tempt you! Bring a shopping bag or basket for all your purchases! Please bear in mind many of the stall holders only take cash and there is not a cash machine onsite.

Join our Ranger Darren on an evening walk around the Tyntesfield estate, discovering the haunts of our secret residents - the bats. Come along and stroll around Home Farm, enjoy the atmosphere and pick up some seasonal treats. Wrap up warm and come join the Bristol Astronomical Society for an evening of seasonal star gazing. £5 *Please register your interest and an email address with Tyntesfield. The event will take place on ONE of the evenings in the date range. The final date will be decided on according to the forecast closer to the time. Tyntesfield's food and craft market
Come along and stroll around Home Farm, enjoy the atmosphere and pick up some seasonal treats. From freshly baked bread and fine cheeses to hand made jewellery and ceramics you're sure to find something to tempt you! Bring a shopping bag or basket for all your purchases! Please bear in mind many of the stall holders only take cash and there is not a cash machine onsite.

Wrap up warm and come join the Bristol Astronomical Society for an evening of seasonal star gazing. £5 *Please register your interest and an email address with Tyntesfield. The event will take place on ONE of the evenings in the date range. The final date will be decided on according to the forecast closer to the time. Wear warm, appropriate outdoor clothing and bring a torch. If you have a pair of binoculars pop them in a bag too. We would also recommend a thermos of a nice hot drink! Accompanied children very welcome Wheelchair accessible, but most telescopes cannot be viewed through from a wheelchair.

Tyntesfield Thursday
Join us for a family fun drop-in craft activity in Tyntesfield's converted Sawmill.
As part of Tyntesfield's 'unpacked' programme each activity is inspired by an object, story or area of the estate. In 2012 themes included the boating pond in the gardens, ceramics from the house collection, fairy tales found in the house library and our resident Tawny owls in the woods, plus much more in between.
