Attractively located in the former St Mary's Church, dating from 1836, Bailiffgate Museum brings to life the people and places of North Northumberland. Through a mixture of traditional displays and hands on activities, the Museum captures the unqiue heritage of this historic region. The exhibition programme includes shows by local and national artists as well as local history exhibitions.
