The John Kirby museum, formally the Len Launchbury museum, is a collection of most things Scouting.

Nestled amongst the trees of Youlbury Scout Activity Centre in Boars Hill, Oxford, the museum guides you through the history of the Scout Movement, from the birth of Scouting’s Founder, Baden-Powell to modern Scouting.

With a chance to look at more than 3000 badges, old and new, plus try on old uniforms, blow a kudu horn, and even try your hand at Semaphore.
